Alasdair Roberts will be singing two or three songs at the Star and Shadow Cinema, Newcastle on the evening of Friday 11th November, in conjunction with a screening of raw footage from Alan Lomax’s American Patchwork TV series. The footage features some previously unseen/unheard American folk/traditional music and musicians recorded and filmed in the southern USA.
